Sam Stirling is a former P7 teacher with 10 years tutoring in Northern Ireland for the transfer test. Sam runs Stirling Tuition in Bangor and online, writes SEAG practice papers that schools and parents across Northern Ireland use, and posts a free SEAG question for parents every weekday.
What Sam can talk about
- Test days, and how parents can help the night before
- Nerves, and what to say to a child who comes out upset
- Understanding the result letter, and how re-marks work
- Preparing calmly in P5 and P6, without the stress
- The free results page at stirlingtuition.com/results/, which helps parents see what a result means for each school
